Ivermectin and Media Malpractice

How many of you have heard the term “Horse Dewormer” used to describe Ivermectin?  Joe Rogan and Aaron Rogers were pilloried in our legacy media for having used this drug (along with others) to successfully treat their Covid-19 diagnoses.  Ivermectin was approved for use in humans in 1978.  For its discovery, Japanese scientist Satoshi Omura and Irish scientist William C. Campbell won the Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine in 2015.

What if I told you that our government not only knew that Ivermectin was useful in the treatment of Covid, but was also showing positive results in the treatment of some cancers?  If our media and medical industry know this to be the case, and have been suppressing this information, how else should it be described other than malpractice?

Malpractice is a term usually reserved for the medical industry.  However, our Founding Fathers viewed the independent nature of a Free Press so important that they included it in the very first Amendment to the Constitution:

“Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press, or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.”

The two private sector industries specifically mentioned are religion and the press.  Freedom of religion is the entire reason Europeans first colonized this great land.  How many churches were shut down during this Covid attack?  How many churches are still enduring Covid protocols?  Did the police help make sure that you were able to freely practice your religion over the past two years as our Constitution clearly states?

Freedom of the press is included in our 1st Amendment because of the role they play in holding the powerful to account.  When the government oppresses its people, and uses law enforcement and the judicial system to intimidate and normalize that oppression, it is the job of the free press to expose the oppressors and amplify the voices of the oppressed.  These unconstitutional decrees from federal and state executive branches were the perfect opportunity for our free press to become heroes.

It is the job of the free press to question authority and demand accountability.  When the government says you must take an experimental shot to keep your job or participate in normal society, it is the job of the press to report the honest, peer-reviewed data supporting the measure as a medical necessity or refuting its efficacy and demanding those requiring these measures to show the data supporting their decisions.

As we reported in January, Project Veritas has uncovered Department of Defense documents showing Ivermectin, Hydroxychloroquine (HCQ), and Interferon as curative (https://movcac.com/dod-documents-ivermectin-and-hydroxychloriquine-curative/).  I do not know if this reporting is accurate or not.  The point is, it has been reported and documents have been produced.  Shouldn’t the press be interested to know if our own government knew that inexpensive and effective drugs were already available and could have been used to stop this “pandemic” before it began?  Shouldn’t our press inform the citizenry of the existence of these documents and the need for at least an investigation into whether some of the over 800,000 American Covid deaths could have been prevented?

National Institute of Health (NIH) documentation, published online on September 21, 2020, shows that Ivermectin may be effective in treating the following cancers:

Breast cancer
Digestive system cancer
Urinary system cancer
Hematological cancer
Reproductive system cancer
Brain glioma
Respiratory system cancer
Melanoma

The Graphical Abstract states:

“Ivermectin has powerful antitumor effects, including the inhibition of proliferation, metastasis, and angiogenic activity, in a variety of cancer cells. This may be related to the regulation of multiple signaling pathways by ivermectin through PAK1 kinase. On the other hand, ivermectin promotes programmed cancer cell death, including apoptosis, autophagy and pyroptosis. Ivermectin induces apoptosis and autophagy is mutually regulated. Interestingly, ivermectin can also inhibit tumor stem cells and reverse multidrug resistance and exerts the optimal effect when used in combination with other chemotherapy drugs.”

I am not a doctor or scientist and this is not an endeavor to advocate for the use of Ivermectin for treatment of any disease.  This is a plea for further research and investigation.

In the span of two months, we have uncovered documents that show that this “Horse Dewormer” may be useful in ending this “pandemic” and also may be helpful in treating many different cancers.  Where is our media to report on this?  Where are the headlines asking why an experimental therapeutic (Remdesivir) and an experimental mRNA shot are so widely promoted and required while this inexpensive, and apparently effective, FDA approved drug is called a “Horse Dewormer” in all forms of legacy media?

If the study published on the NIH website is correct and Ivermectin is effective in the treatment of some cancers, how difficult a job will our medical industry have in convincing patients to take this drug after our legacy media has spent two years disparaging it as an animal medication?

As the summary of the study states:

“As mentioned above, the broad-spectrum antiparasitic drug Ivermectin, which is widely used in the field of parasitic control, has many advantages that suggest that it is worth developing as a potential new anticancer drug.”

If Ivermectin is indeed effective in the treatment of Covid and is a “potential new anticancer drug”, then spending two years disparaging it as a “Horse Dewormer” is media malpractice.  If this drug was suppressed by the medical establishment as a treatment for Covid, that is medical malpractice.

Those are two big ifs worthy of at least investigation.
