Parkersburg Mayor Joyce was asked in a meeting with two people about his stand on taxpayer-funded porn books available to children in the Wood County Library. Two books were viewed by him; namely “Let’s Talk About It” and “It’s Perfectly Normal.” Mayor Joyce stated the books deserved to be in the library and as a community leader he will not use his position to encourage removal of the books.
