Is Justice Still Blind?

Our Forefathers knew the tactics of tyrants and created the IV Amendment to protect future citizens from a tyrannical government:

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects against unreasonable searches or seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

In the sacred words above, “probable cause” and “Oath or affirmation” are the evidence part of our right to be free from unreasonable searches or seizures.  The law of this great land requires evidence of a crime supported by either circumstantial or physical evidence (probable cause) or witness testimony (Oath or affirmation).  Evidence is the key to any hope for equal treatment under the law.

It is being reported that President Donald Trump’s home was raided on August 8th due to a dispute with the National Archives over presidential records.  It doesn’t matter that a June letter from the National Archives thanked the President for cooperating with them on sifting through and securing these records.  It doesn’t matter that Barack Obama took 30 million documents when he left office and has not provided those documents to the National Archives.  Nor does it matter that Joe Biden’s senatorial papers are locked up at the University of Delaware available for review by absolutely no one – not even those attempting to investigate the accusations of sexual assault made by a former staffer during the 2020 campaign.  At this point, do we even need to be reminded of the press conference where James Comey himself admitted on camera that Hillary Clinton mishandled classified material?  There is evidence that she and those in her inner circle destroyed evidence under subpoena by the FBI.  There is also evidence that she and her team cooked up the entire Russia hoax.  That evidence also indicates that Barack Obama was aware of and may have been involved in these operations.

In the Obama example, we see the hypocrisy of this raid.  In the Biden and Clinton examples, we see the power of those protected by government and media that enables them to hide from scrutiny, oversight and investigation.  It is becoming ever more obvious that the club to which you belong goes a long way in determining how justice will be meted out.

In the case of Donald Trump, the Washington Establishment has used every tool available, including Russian and British agents, to investigate every aspect of his life.  What EVIDENCE has been submitted that provides probable cause for any search or seizure?  Accusation replaces evidence only in Banana Republics.  And you thought you lived in a Representative Republic.

Evidence vs. Narrative

The evidentiary standard or burden of proof (proof is a product of evidence and analysis) is different in civil and criminal cases.  In civil cases, one must determine if the preponderance of evidence is sufficient to convict; while in criminal cases, one must determine guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.  In both cases, the evidence presented and analyzed by either a judge or jury is what is used to determine if the accused is innocent or guilty.

As a society, we used to care about evidence.  We used to put evidence through rigorous analysis and cross-examination.  When, in the history of this country, did we just believe the government?  Al Capone had defense lawyers; O.J. Simpson had defense lawyers.  In fact, the right to a defense is included in the Miranda rights read to those arrested.  Both the prosecution and the defense present their evidence and their own spin on that evidence during a trial.  But we are putting the cart before the horse.  It is the existence of evidence that necessitates a trial in the first place.

There is ample evidence that President Donald J. Trump is guilty of speaking plainly and not worrying about who it hurts – not a crime.  There is ample evidence he believes our media is full of male bovine excrement – not a crime.  There is ample evidence he believes our government is not working for the people – not a crime.  There is ample evidence he believes our American way of life is under attack by enemies both foreign and domestic – not a crime.

No evidence has been provided that Donald Trump or his administration has committed any crime whatsoever.  None. If there were, he’d have already been convicted.  In fact, he’s already been tried twice and acquitted.

We live in a world of government-approved and media-driven narratives.  Evidence be damned.

There is no quicker way to destroy a civilization than to turn off law and order.  Conviction by accusation rather than by the evidence is the surest way to remove confidence from the people that the application of the law is equal and just.  When there are mounds of examples where obvious evidence is ignored in favor of the media/government accusation narrative, how are we not to believe in an evil cabal of global megalomaniacs?

The Laptop From Hell

The New York Post was censored for telling Americans about the existence of Hunter Biden’s laptop, while dozens of former intelligence officers claimed publicly, with no personal knowledge of any investigation, that the entire laptop story was Russian disinformation.  Who has been accountable for those lies?  Who has been raided over the evidence of not only gun and drug crimes, but of pay-for-play corruption and foreign business deals with foreign entities documented in detail and corroborated publicly by their former business partner Tony Bobulinski?

Election Fraud

There is ample video evidence of election fraud in Maricopa County, AZ and Fulton County, GA.  There is ample evidence of voter fraud in Wisconsin regarding nursing home voting.  There is video evidence of observers being belligerently omitted from counting operations in both Detroit and Philadelphia.

Covid “Vaccines”

Data publicly available from the CDC shows that deaths associated with the new mRNA technology, being passed off as a vaccine, are incomparable to prior years.  In West Virginia alone, deaths increased from an average of less than one per year to seventy between 2021 and 2022.  The evidence that these vaccines are dangerous is overwhelming and can be found at Openvaers.com and Realnotrare.com.

Ukraine Money-Laundering

The evidence of corruption in Ukraine is public knowledge.  The encroachment of NATO on Russia’s western borders has been a point of contention for Russia since the early 2,000s.  The evidence of United States political families being involved in said Ukrainian corruption is ample.  New evidence, including testimony by State Department veteran Victoria Nuland, confirmed the existence of U.S. funded (specifically funded by Hunter Biden businesses) biolabs in Ukraine.

These are all examples of events currently affecting the stability and operation of our nation.  Publicly available data shows evidence of crimes committed; but to date, none of the individuals involved in these shenanigans have had their homes raided or their passports taken from them.

Unequal Justice

On the other hand, if you are associated with President Donald J. Trump, your odds of being raided and hounded by our justice system increase exponentially.  The following is a list of Trump political associates and administration officials harassed by the DOJ:

Roger Stone – Early morning FBI raid with guns out and CNN there to document

Michael Cohen – Office raided

Rudy Giuliani – Home raided

General Michael Flynn – Entrapped by the FBI for talking with his Russian counterpart as he was transitioning into his role as National Security Advisor

Peter Navarro – Arrested at the airport, placed in leg-irons and strip searched

Donald Trump Jr. – Brought in to testify in front of congressional committees

Our media and government agencies are very proficient in spin.  For those not familiar with the term, spin means lie.  Our government tells us that white supremacy is the number one domestic threat, and that narrative is then amplified by the media.  After years of BLM and Antifa violence against persons and property (for mostly peaceful protesting), does anyone really believe that lie?  As reported by Fox News in February of this year, the vast majority of murder victims in big cities are black.  Where are all the white supremacist arrests in Chicago, L.A., and New York?  Where are all the perp walks for these white devils?  They don’t exist because the white supremacy narrative has no evidence to back it.

Democrats like to paint with a broad racism brush, but Shelby Steele in his documentary, “What Killed Michael Brown,” (Reason.com) argues that it is the destructive results of liberal policies that have left the black family broken and young black men destined to die by violence.  The documentary does not argue a narrative.  Mr. Steele reviews evidence of policy failures and presents them for reasonable people to contemplate.

Accusations Require Evidence

I did not vote for Donald Trump in 2016.  The propaganda machine had convinced me he was not fit for that office.  As the evidence of false attacks against him continued to pile up, it became obvious that he was onto something that so scared the establishment elites that they were willing to fabricate negative narratives with nary a scintilla of evidence – white supremacist, misogynist, racist, traitor, Putin puppet, and authoritarian.

Prior to 2021, I could say that I had never lived under an authoritarian.  They called President Trump that constantly and it just never made sense.  He fought to keep our businesses and schools open throughout the beginning of the pandemic.  He fought to allow for the use of alternative treatments.  Early in his administration, he signed the First Step Act which greatly benefitted non-violent black offenders.  He championed the accelerated creation of a “vaccine” because the media and medical establishment said we could never fully open back up until we had one.  He never mandated anything.  He went out of his way to tell us it was our choice.  The evidence may now show that these experimental shots are more dangerous than they are effective, but he didn’t develop, test, market or mandate these shots.  He didn’t require these shots in order to go to school, eat at a restaurant, obtain a needed organ transplant, or to be gainfully employed.  Donald Trump may have called the news industry “Fake News,” but he never tried to censor them.  He pointed it out and allowed you to make up your own mind.

On the other hand, Joe Biden did mandate masks and experimental shots.  Joe Biden told us in a live television address that they “have been patient, but their patience is wearing thin.”  Joe Biden’s administration has worked with Big Tech to censor American citizens.  Joe Biden did create the Disinformation Governance Board.  Joe Biden is trying to disarm the American public.  Joe Biden did sign into law funding that will bring 87,000 new IRS agents to the middle-class doorstep.

I’m sure you’ve all heard about the way women in centuries past were tried as witches.  They were bound and placed in water.  If they floated, they were guilty of witchcraft and burned at the stake.  If they sank and failed to resurface, they were innocent.  Of course they were dead, but at least they had been acquitted of the witchcraft charges.  In less sophisticated times, the float vs. sink test was the evidence used to acquit or convict.  Methods for gathering and presenting evidence have changed quite a bit since the Salem Witch Trials.  Thank goodness.

There is a massive difference between Evidence and Narrative.  If you find yourself believing something (Ukraine, Climate Change, Covid, Green Energy) without being able to produce evidence to provide proof for your belief, you may need another dose of that red pill.  The blue pill seems to work as a time machine taking our society back to the days where your guilt or innocence hangs on the buoyancy of your body.
