Republicans have been in control of the WV Legislature for 10 years. In that time, the state has experienced a steady decline in population, even losing a Congressional seat after the 2020 Census. So why are so many people packing up for other states? The answers may surprise you because it’s not what you’re being told by the Chamber, the politicians, and the media.
