Colonel Douglas Macgregor, U.S. Army (retiredwas a former Senior Advisor to the Secretary of Defense in 2020 and was a leader of the 73 Easting tank battle in the Gulf WarThe 73 Easting battle was the largest tank battle since WWII.

Based on his expertise and years of service, Colonel Macgregowill address current military operations involving U.S. foreign policy (Ukraine and Israel) as well as the importance and readiness of an American-standing Army.

Colonel Macgregor commanded the 1st Squadron, 4th Cavalry, and served as the Director of the Joint Operations Center at SHAPE during the 1999 Kosovo Air Campaign for which he was awarded the Defense Superior Service medal.

Colonel Macgregor graduated from Virginia Military Institute, West Point, and earned a PhD in International Relations from the University of Virginia.
